Problems logging in?

1. Have you created a user ID?
If not, please register here. When your user account has been activated by us, you will receive notification by email and you can then log into your account.

 

2. Have you forgotten your User ID or password?
If you have forgotten your password go here and enter either the email address you registered with or your user name. You will then receive an email with your user name that will enable you to reset your password.

 

3. Have you entered the details correctly?
Log in and password reset are case sensitive and the details must be exactly correct not almost correct. Double check upper and lower case letters etc.

 

If you still have problems after a couple of attempts, please contact us. Explain the error message you received and what it contained. Please include your name and ideally also the email address you used when creating your account with us.
